任职要求 工作经验： 具备 3-5 年软件开发经验，有全栈或后端主导的开发经验。 沟通协作： 具备良好的团队协作精神、沟通能力，能够主动推进项目进展。 问题解决： 优秀的学习能力和独立分析、解决复杂技术问题的能力。 技术要求 (硬性要求) 后端核心： 熟练掌握 Golang (Go) 语言及其生态，具备 Go 并发编程和高性能服务开发的实战经验。 后端维护： 具备 PHP 或其他后端语言的开发经验，能够独立进行现有系统的功能维护和问题定位。 前端核心： 熟悉 React 框架及其生态（如 Hooks, Redux/Zustand），具备独立完成前端模块开发的能力。 数据库： 熟悉 MySQL/PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库，具备 SQL 优化、索引设计和事务处理经验。 API 设计： 熟悉 RESTful API 设计原则，了解 gRPC 等高性能通信协议。 工程实践： 熟悉 Git 版本控制、CI/CD 流程，具备良好的单元测试和集成测试习惯。 加分项 (Bonus Points) 熟悉 Kafka 或其他消息队列技术，有分布式消息系统使用经验。 熟悉 Redis 等缓存技术，有高并发缓存设计与应用经验。 具备金融、交易、电商等高可用、高一致性业务系统开发经验。
