1. Responsible for designing interactive works for the company's immersive interactive flight perspective simulation engine somatosensory devices in public spaces such as shopping malls, science and technology museums, and educational complexes. Combine the characteristics of somatosensory technology to deeply integrate flight experience with spatial scenarios, and deliver complete solutions including interaction logic, visual presentation, and user flow. 2. Lead the planning of the implementation process for interactive works, coordinate technical and engineering teams to advance device installation, debugging, and effect acceptance. Ensure the 1:1 restoration of the design plan, while solving practical issues such as spatial adaptation and user safety. 3. Conduct research on user needs in public spaces and industry competitor dynamics, explore differentiated interaction points of somatosensory flight devices, and regularly deliver creative planning proposals to enhance the user appeal and communicability of the works. 4. Responsible for tracking the operation data of interactive works and optimizing their effects. Adjust interaction logic or visual design based on user feedback to continuously improve user experience and device usage frequency.

1. Bachelor's degree or above. A degree in Interaction Design, Spatial Design, Digital Media Arts, Painting, Sculpture, or a related field is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in designing or planning interactive devices for public spaces is a plus. 2. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch, capable of independently creating interaction prototypes and visual effect diagrams; basic spatial modeling skills (e.g., using C4D, CAD) and the ability to clearly present spatial layouts are preferred. 3. Familiar with the principles of somatosensory interaction technology, understand the user experience pain points of flight simulation products, and can transform technical characteristics into easy-to-understand and interesting interactive designs for public spaces. 4. Strong project promotion capabilities and cross-departmental communication skills, able to coordinate multiple resources to solve implementation problems; at the same time, possess keen user insight and creative divergence ability. 5. Passionate about the field of combining technology and art, pay attention to the trends of interactive design in public spaces; those with design or planning cases of cultural heritage, flight, or somatosensory devices are preferred

Salary Range: $5,000 to $6,000 per month, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Annual Bonus: Performance-based bonus awarded according to company performance and individual achievements. Paid Annual Leave: 15 days of paid annual leave per year, in addition to public holidays.
