岗位职责
Marketing and Community Assistant Momentum is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Marketing and Community Assistant to keep our social channels and community operations running smoothly. This is a junior role focused on support tasks, coordination, and day to day execution across social and community. Responsibilities • Social Media Support: Assist with day to day tasks on X and other platforms • Schedule posts and publish content prepared by the core team • Do light research to support campaigns, partnerships, or announcements • Monitor replies and engagement, and flag anything important to the team • Keep a simple log of post performance and basic metrics Community Management • Help oversee Discord, Telegram, and Reddit to keep conversations healthy • Coordinate with moderators and make sure community rules are followed • Tag and route user issues, concerns, and feedback to the right internal owner • Support daily upkeep, keep channels organized, and maintain pin boards / FAQs Operational Support • Use Google Sheets and Docs for tracking tasks, collecting data, and organizing info • Use AI tools for simple research, drafting, and summarizing content • Assist with routine coordination across marketing and community activities • Own a simple weekly checklist to ensure recurring tasks are completed
岗位要求
Requirements • Solid English communication, written and spoken • Comfortable with Discord, Telegram, X, and other social platforms • Experience with Google Sheets, Docs, and AI tools • Tech savvy and able to learn quickly • Reliable, organized, and detail oriented • 6 to 18 months experience in crypto or Web3 communities or marketing (professional role or proven experience as an active community contributor / moderator) • Comfortable working remotely in a globally distributed, async team
