岗位职责
Report directly to the business leader. Responsible for introducing high-quality crypto assets to the trading platform. Manage and identify high-potential projects, establishing listing partnerships. Drive business growth through industry research, due diligence, client acquisition, and retention, collaborating with the team to achieve strategic goals. Conduct in-depth research on key sectors and companies in the crypto industry, identifying trends and changes to support listing efforts. Build trust with potential listing projects through data analysis, information gathering, cold calls, and online communication. Attend industry events and conferences, leveraging networks to source and onboard premium crypto assets. Understand and support project needs, strengthening client relationships and exploring new opportunities. Achieve quarterly listing KPIs and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
岗位要求
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, marketing, or related fields. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with the U.S. cryptocurrency market and related technologies, with an understanding of blockchain project operations. Strong self-motivation and teamwork spirit, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Fluency in both English and Chinese for professional communication. 3+ years of experience in crypto asset listing. Established connections with 30+ project teams and successfully listed at least 5 crypto assets. Experience working in startups or crypto project teams.
