Backend System Development: Design and develop high-performance, scalable blockchain backend services using Python, including but not limited to node interaction, on-chain data indexing, transaction processing, and API interfaces. Smart Contract Integration: Work closely with the smart contract development team to write reliable code for interacting with on-chain smart contracts, handling transaction signing, event listening, etc. Trading Model Implementation: Collaborate with the quantitative research team to implement and optimize various (including potentially high-frequency) trading model strategies. Cloud Architecture & Deployment: Design, build, and maintain our microservices architecture on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and elastic scalability. Data Architecture Design: Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases to efficiently handle and analyze massive amounts of on-chain and business data. Full-Stack Collaboration: Work with the frontend team to provide stable and reliable API support, and potentially contribute to middleware or admin panel development. Technical R&D: Continuously optimize system performance, tackle technical bottlenecks, and research & integrate new technologies to enhance our tech stack.

Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with 3+ years of experience in backend system development using one of these languages. Familiarity with mainstream web frameworks is required. Cloud Platform: Expertise in core AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation) and hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating production-grade applications on AWS. Architectural Mindset: Strong system design skills with a deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, database design, caching strategies, message queues, and the ability to apply these concepts practically. Blockchain Knowledge: A strong interest in and fundamental understanding of blockchain technology. Knowledge of core principles of leading chains like Bitcoin and Ethereum (e.g., transactions, blocks, Gas, smart contracts). Familiarity with the basic functionalities and operations of DeFi derivatives platforms like Hyperliquid or Aster is required. Practical experience developing blockchain-related projects is a significant plus. Database: Proficiency with at least one relational database (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). Teamwork: Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to work effectively and solve problems in a remote setting.
