Tomo is an integrated Web3 social wallet designed to bring about large-scale adoption of cryptocurrencies. 1. Blockchain Data Parsing & Indexer Development • Design and implement multi-chain data parsing modules for EVM, Solana, Sui, and other public chains, handling blocks, transactions, event logs, and related on-chain structures. • Build high-performance and highly available data synchronization and storage architectures to ensure data stability and real-time freshness. 2. Build On-chain Data Processing & Compute Pipelines • Develop streaming and batch ETL pipelines (Kafka / Flink / Spark, etc.) to improve data processing efficiency. • Optimize data models, indexing strategies, and task scheduling to achieve second-level data freshness. 3. Indexer Performance Optimization & Architecture Upgrades • Optimize performance of parsers and data sync modules (e.g., bloom filter enhancements, batch processing, concurrency tuning) to increase throughput and reduce latency. • Refactor internal data interfaces such as transaction APIs and labeling APIs to improve overall response speed and system reliability. 4. Develop On-chain Data APIs and Backend Services • Design and implement APIs for portfolio, token analytics, and transaction analysis with high QPS and high availability. • Support internal teams (risk control, operations, dashboards) with reliable on-chain data access. 5. Maintain Multi-chain Ecosystem & Event/Webhook Systems • Provide blockchain event subscription capabilities with high-throughput webhook delivery (up to tens of thousands of QPS). • Build robust task management, retry, and error-compensation mechanisms. 6. Protocol Parsing & Ecosystem Collaboration • Develop integrations for DeFi protocols (e.g., Uniswap) and maintain protocol-specific event parsing. • Track updates from major chain ecosystems and continuously maintain parsing logic and data models.

Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go preferred; Node.js or Rust also acceptable) • Strong understanding of data structures and RPC interfaces of major chains such as Ethereum, Tron, Solana, and Sui • Experience with blockchain data synchronization, index building, and node interaction • Familiarity with data infrastructure such as Kafka, Flink, Spark, StarRocks, ClickHouse, or TiDB • Experience building high-concurrency and high-availability data services (10k+ QPS is a strong plus) • Hands-on experience with Indexers, on-chain data cleaning, and event parsing Nice-to-Have • Experience with large-scale blockchain data warehouses or data lakes • Strong knowledge of DeFi protocols (AMMs, lending, derivatives, etc.) • Contributions to blockchain ecosystem grants, proposals, or open-source projects • Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native systems • Experience building webhook or real-time data push systems
