现货业务BD 岗位职责 1. 拓展优质crypto项目在交易所上线，并维护长期合作关系； 2. 与项目方沟通并洽谈上线后的市场营销与社群活动合作方案（如空投、奖励等）； 3. 与内部团队（产品、运营等）紧密协作，提供listing支持； 4. 持续追踪市场趋势及竞品动态，挖掘潜力项目及新的合作机会； 5. 建立并维护项目方、投资机构、行业伙伴等资源网络。 Spot BD Responsibilities 1. Reach out and onboard high-quality crypto projects for listings, and maintain long-term partnerships. 2. Communicate and negotiate with project side on listing marketing and community campaigns (such as airdrop, giveaways). 3. Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, etc.) to provide full support for listings. 4. Continuously monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential projects and new business opportunities. 5. Build and maintain strong networks with project teams, investment institutions, and industry partners.

任职要求 1. 1-3年以上加密行业经验，了解交易所的业务模式； 2. 有交易所项目BD经验和资源（项目方、机构等）； 3. 具备良好的商务谈判能力与沟通技巧，能独立完成项目合作落地； 4. 英语可作为工作语言； 5. 对行业趋势敏感，具备强烈的目标导向与执行力。 Requirements 1. 1-3+ years of experience in the crypto industry with a solid understanding of exchange business. 2. Proven experience in exchange project BD with relevant resources (project teams, institutions, etc.). 3. Strong business negotiation and communication skills, capable of independently closing deals. 4. English proficiency for daily work. 5. Strong sense of ownership, goal-oriented mindset, and high execution capability with sharp market insight.
