岗位职责
We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager with experience working for crypto exchanges to join our team at YEX. Reach out and onboard high-quality crypto projects for listings, and maintain long-term partnerships. 2. Communicate and negotiate with project side on listing marketing and community campaigns (such as airdrop, giveaways). 3. Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, etc.) to provide full support for listings. 4. Continuously monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential projects and new business opportunities. 5. Build and maintain strong networks with project teams, investment institutions, and industry partners.
岗位要求
1. 1-3+ years of experience in the crypto industry with a solid understanding of exchange business. 2. Proven experience in exchange project BD with relevant resources (project teams, institutions, etc.). 3. Strong business negotiation and communication skills, capable of independently closing deals. 4. English proficiency for daily work. 5. Strong sense of ownership, goal-oriented mindset, and high execution capability with sharp market insight.
