In response to the prevailing market sentiment characterized by poor performance and low trust in many VC-backed projects, Buidlpad seeks to restore community ownership in the crypto space. Our goal is to reduce the dominance of venture capitalists and institutional airdrop farmers over project tokens. By democratizing the pre-TGE token launch process and emphasizing transparency and compliance, Buidlpad aligns the interests of retail users who genuinely contribute to projects. This approach ensures effective distribution, scalability, and long-term sustainability for project teams, while also providing exposure and new opportunities for retail users.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the strategy and execution for building and scaling the project’s online communities (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Twitter). - Manage day-to-day community engagement, moderation, and member relations. - Recruit, train, and manage a team of community moderators. - Conceptualize and execute engaging online and offline community events, AMAs, and campaigns to drive growth and activation.

Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of community management experience, specifically within the cryptocurrency/Web3 industry. - Deep, hands-on understanding of Web3 community platforms (Discord, Telegram) and community "playbooks." - Proven track record of building and managing vibrant online communities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Bonus Points: Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
