全职客服(波斯语和俄语) 地点:分布式办公 工作职责(8H工作时长): - 在线解答解答相关问题(多渠道包括不限于TG&DC) - 处理客户投诉,提供解决方案 - 协助团队优化客服流程,提高效率 - 定期跟进客户反馈,提升客户满意度
岗位要求
- 大专及以上学历,俄语能作为工作语言,过往有过客服经验; - 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神 - 熟悉计算机操作,能够使用客服系统 -了解区块链/交易平台优先
