岗位职责
全职客服（波斯语和俄语） 地点：分布式办公 工作职责（8H工作时长）： - 在线解答解答相关问题（多渠道包括不限于TG&DC） - 处理客户投诉，提供解决方案 - 协助团队优化客服流程，提高效率 - 定期跟进客户反馈，提升客户满意度
岗位要求
- 大专及以上学历，俄语能作为工作语言，过往有过客服经验； - 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神 - 熟悉计算机操作，能够使用客服系统 -了解区块链/交易平台优先
