岗位职责
数据分析 - 数据分析师 岗位职责 1.负责平台数据的清洗及可视化分析，为业务决策提供数据支持。 2.监控并分析核心业务指标，及时发现异常并推动问题解决。 3.与产品、运营、市场等团队合作，挖掘用户行为与业务数据中的增长机会。 4.设计并维护数据分析看板，定期产出数据分析报告与洞察。 5.跟进行业动态与数据分析方法论，持续优化分析看板及建设数据分析指标体系。 6.协助搭建数据分析流程及标准化方法，提升整体数据分析效率。
岗位要求
任职要求 1.1-2年数据分析相关经验或数据分析专业背景，有互联网或区块链行业背景优先。 2.熟悉SQL及至少一种数据分析语言（Python/R），具备扎实的数据处理与数据可视化能力。 3.熟练使用BI工具（如Tableau、Power BI、Metabase等）。 4.具备优秀的数据敏感度和逻辑思维能力，能够独立完成分析并提出可落地的建议。 5.结果导向，具备良好的跨部门沟通协作与抗压能力。
