1.负责公司核心业务系统、云平台（如 AWS / 阿里云 / 腾讯云）和基础服务（如 Kubernetes、Docker、Nginx、MySQL、Redis、Kafka）的部署、优化与高可用保障。 2.规划与实施系统容量管理、性能优化及灾备方案，确保服务稳定性和可扩展性。 3.负责 CI/CD 流水线建设与维护，实现自动化构建、测试、发布与回滚。 4.设计与完善系统监控、日志采集、告警体系（Prometheus / Grafana / ELK / OpenSearch）。 5.参与生产环境故障应急响应、问题定位与复盘，总结并推动长期优化方案。 6.参与运维体系标准化、流程化建设，输出最佳实践文档。 7.参与统计评估整体运维成本、审计各项IT支出。

1.计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，5 年以上大型互联网或云平台运维经验。 2.熟悉 Linux 系统各系列的使用，精通 Shell/Python/Go 中至少一种语言。 3.精通 Docker、Kubernetes、CI/CD 工具链（Jenkins、GitLab CI、ArgoCD 等）。 4.熟悉 Prometheus、Grafana、ELK/OpenSearch 等监控日志体系。 5.具备公有云（AWS、Aliyun、GCP、Azure）架构经验。 6.良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，具备快速定位和解决复杂问题的能力。 加分项 1. 有丰富的IT运维成本优化经验 2. 企业云上全球网络加速、安全防护部署经验 - 良好的文档编写习惯
