Responsibilities 1. Plan and execute exchange platform campaigns (trading competitions, deposit bonuses, task-based campaigns, etc.) to enhance user engagement and retention. 2. Collaborate closely with product, design, tech, and operations teams to drive campaigns from concept to launch. 3. Analyze campaign data and user feedback to continuously improve strategies and ROI. 4. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to innovate campaign formats and enhance brand appeal. 5. Support cross-team campaigns with marketing and BD teams.

Requirements 1. 3+ years of experience in the crypto industry with solid understanding of exchange business and user behavior. 2. Familiar with spot and futures products and proven experience in platform campaign planning and execution. 3. Strong project management and cross-team communication skills. 4. English proficiency for daily work, with the ability to handle content writing . 5. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills for user growth and campaign ROI evaluation.
