任职要求 学历要求： 1. 计算机、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历； 技术能力： 1. 熟练掌握 HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript（ES6+），并有扎实的计算机基础； 2. 深入理解至少一种主流前端框架（React/Vue/Angular），并能独立开发复杂应用； 3. 熟悉前端性能优化方法，具备跨浏览器和跨设备开发经验； 4. 熟悉 Webpack、Vite 等构建工具，具备工程化能力； 5. 对 TypeScript 有深度应用经验； 6. 熟悉响应式Web应用、PWA应用开发 7. 具备 Node.js 开发能力优先，了解服务端渲染（SSR）；

经验要求： 1. 3年及以上前端开发经验，熟悉复杂业务系统设计； 2. 具备较强的问题分析和解决能力，能够独立排查并解决问题； 3. 有主导或参与大中型项目技术方案制定和实施的经验优先； 软实力要求： 1. 关注用户体验和产品细节，对交付质量有较高要求； 2. 良好的沟通和协作能力，能够高效推进与后端、产品及其他团队的合作；
