岗位职责
汇报对象： 技术负责人 核心职责 -机构API系统开发 -使用Golang开发高性能的RESTful/WebSocket/gRPC API，支持机构客户的行情推送、订单执行、资产查询等核心功能。 -优化API响应延迟（目标99.9%请求<50ms），提升吞吐量（支持10,000+ QPS）。 -实现FIX协议（金融信息交换标准）或自定义二进制协议，满足传统金融机构接入需求。 -机构级功能支持 -开发机构专属功能：如大宗交易（Block Trading）、算法订单（TWAP/VWAP）、多账户风控（Risk Engine）。 -设计额度管理（Rate Limit）、IP白名单、多因素认证（MFA）等安全管控模块。 -对接清算系统，支持T+0结算、自动对账（Reconciliation）等机构合规需求。 -性能与稳定性保障 -通过负载均衡、连接池、异步化处理等技术优化API服务性能。 -设计熔断（Circuit Breaker）、降级（Fallback）、重试机制，保障高可用性（99.99% SLA）。 -使用Prometheus/Grafana监控API健康状态，实时预警异常。 -机构客户协作 -与销售、客户成功团队协作，理解机构客户需求并快速迭代API功能。 -编写API文档（Swagger/Postman），提供技术对接支持。
岗位要求
硬性条件 ✅ 技术栈要求 -3年以上后端开发经验，2年以上Golang实战（熟悉gin/echo框架、高性能编码技巧）。 -精通机构级API开发，有交易所、券商、支付系统API开发经验者优先。 -掌握分布式系统设计（微服务、Kafka/RabbitMQ消息队列、Redis缓存）。 -熟悉数据库优化（PostgreSQL/MySQL分库分表，TimescaleDB时序数据）。 -了解网络协议优化（TCP/IP长连接、QUIC、gRPC流式传输）。 ✅ 金融与合规知识 -熟悉机构业务场景：如量化交易、做市策略、资金托管等。 -了解金融合规要求：KYC/AML、交易审计、数据隔离（Segregation）。 加分项 有FIX协议开发经验，或传统金融系统（如Bloomberg、Reuters）对接经验。 熟悉加密货币交易所API（如Binance、Coinbase的机构接口）。 掌握高性能编程技巧（零拷贝、内存池、SIMD指令优化）。
