岗位职责
Strategy Formulation & GTM: innovative strategies to grow the Chinese market, identifying high-leverage channels (e.g., specific WeChat circles, regional DAOs) and tailoring our value proposition to local trading behaviors. KOL & Community Acquisition: Identify and partner with Tier-1 and Tier-2 Chinese crypto KOLs on Twitter (X), YouTube, and Bilibili. Manage relationships with "Alpha Groups" and private trading communities . Localization & Narrative: Translate and culturally adapt our "Copy the Top 0.01%" narrative for the Chinese audience. Ensure our mobile-first experience resonates with local UX expectations . Viral Loops & Referral Programs: Leverage our multi-tier referral system (up to 4 levels deep) to create viral growth loops, pitching "Group Leaders" on the passive income potential from trading fees .
岗位要求
Native/Fluent Chinese speaker with excellent command of English. Crypto Native: You live on CT (Crypto Twitter), you know what Hyperliquid is, and you understand concepts like "Sharpe Ratio," "Drawdown," and "On-chain execution" . A "Hustler": You don’t need a playbook. You know how to get into gated Telegram/WeChat groups and get people excited. Proven Track Record: Experience growing user bases for DeFi protocols, exchanges, or wallets in the Chinese market.
