岗位职责
核心职责概述 - 熟悉质量保障（QA）生命周期，包括编写测试计划、设计测试用例、执行测试（新功能与回归测试）及缺陷管理和回顾。 - 负责并推动手动测试、自动化测试和性能测试工作。 - 对测试中发现的任何缺陷或异常进行完整记录，并附带复现步骤。 - 准确记录测试结果，并持续跟踪问题解决的进展。 - 与客户服务团队协作，协助对生产环境中发现的问题进行根本原因分析。 - 在整个软件开发过程中，发现并提出改进建议。 - 能够快速应对优先级或环境变化，以满足业务需求。 - 持续提升测试流程、测试质量和测试效率。 - 良好的文档编写习惯
