Tomo is an integrated Web3 social wallet designed to bring about large-scale adoption of cryptocurrencies. It allows users to easily log in using their social accounts and supports multi chain, with a particular emphasis on introducing Bitcoin into the Ethereum L2, Solana, and Cosmos ecosystems.On Tomo, users can easily manage assets, exchange cryptocurrencies, chat, post content, make friends, and participate in token based interest groups. They can also use credit cards to access fiat currency, trade encrypted assets, create Tomojis, and more. Tomo aims to become a comprehensive Power application that meets all your Web3 needs.

End-to-End Quality Assurance • Understand business logic and system architecture; participate in requirement and design reviews to identify potential quality risks. • Define project testing strategies and quality standards, and ensure effective implementation. • Safeguard system quality through integration testing, E2E testing, and gray-release monitoring. Test Development & Tooling • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts for core modules. • Build and optimize internal testing tools and data generation scripts. • Improve testing efficiency and coverage through CI/CD automation. Project Execution & Quality Leadership • Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and PM teams to align on delivery goals and milestones. • Lead quality review meetings and drive issue resolution. • Track key quality metrics (defect rate, regression frequency, automation coverage) and continuously enhance quality standards. Risk Management & Incident Response • Identify system bottlenecks and potential quality risks proactively. • Participate in production issue analysis and root cause investigation. • Continuously improve the testing system through data-driven insights.

Must-Have: • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field. • 1+ year of testing experience in Web3-related projects. • Strong programming skills in Python / Go / Java (any). • Solid understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, API, performance, security, E2E). • Familiarity with Web or microservice architectures (REST, gRPC, Kafka, Redis, MySQL). • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills; proactive problem-solving mindset. • Strong system thinking with the ability to identify risks and propose optimization solutions. Nice-to-Have: • Experience testing large-scale distributed systems, blockchain, or wallet/exchange platforms. • Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust). • Experience building internal testing platforms or productivity tools. • Familiarity with quality metrics systems (data analysis, risk quantification, etc.).
