岗位职责
Infrastructure Ownership: Design, implement, and manage secure, highly available, and scalable infrastructure for blockchain nodes, sequencers, and related services. Automation & Tooling: Develop CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and monitoring systems to ensure seamless deployments and minimal downtime. Observability & Reliability: Build dashboards, alerts, and on-call systems to detect issues proactively and reduce mean time to recovery (MTTR). Security & Compliance: Apply best practices for key management, secrets management, and infrastructure hardening to protect network integrity. Performance & Scaling: Continuously optimize infrastructure for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency across multiple environments (testnets, mainnet, staging). Collaboration: Work closely with blockchain engineers, protocol researchers, and SREs to support new feature rollouts and network upgrades. Incident Response: Lead troubleshooting during production incidents and post-mortem reviews, with a focus on prevention and continuous improvement.
岗位要求
5+ years of DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering experience. Strong background with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker). Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Pulumi, etc.). Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.). Strong Linux systems administration, networking, and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (e.g., Bash, Python, Go, Rust). Familiarity with monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
