Vybe Network is a Solana-based data infrastructure solution that allows live and historical data to be queried and analyzed, enabling meaningful insights and metrics to be extracted from protocols.

Social Media Marketing Specialist Content Creation & Strategy Technical Translation: Design and create daily content (tweets, threads, short videos, visuals) that simplifies technical product updates, bug fixes, and data insights into clear, engaging value propositions. Platform Management: Own the content calendars and daily posting across key channels, including X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram, and LinkedIn. Community Building: Actively engage with the developer community, responding to comments, answering FAQs, and participating in relevant conversations to build brand trust and visibility. Campaign Support: Work closely with the Growth Lead to execute campaigns related to product launches (e.g., Snipe App, DeFi Terminal) and major events (e.g., Breakpoint). Analytics & Reporting Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, reach, sentiment) to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future content. Listen & Report: Track market sentiment, competitor activity, and trending topics across the Solana ecosystem and relay actionable insights back to the Product and Engineering teams.

Crypto Native: Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape, and the crypto community's culture. Deep understanding of the Solana ecosystem is a huge plus. Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience managing social media and community engagement, preferably for a technology, fintech, or Web3/crypto brand. Technical Literacy: Strong fundamental understanding of blockchain concepts, DeFi, and trading/data terminology. Must be able to comprehend an API update and explain its user benefit. Content Skills: Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, video editing apps) necessary to quickly produce compelling visual assets for social platforms. Community Management Skills: Experience managing and growing online communities, particularly on platforms like Discord and Telegram. Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute growth strategies that align with company goals. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technical knowledge to understand and effectively position our API solutions to developers and technical users. Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying opportunities and driving projects forward. Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences. Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working closely with remote teams and cross-functional departments.
