About Morph Morph is a next-generation Layer 2 designed for on-chain consumer finance. We provide seamless infrastructure, intuitive tools, and essential services that simplify payments and redefine financial experiences for digital-first and crypto-native users, enabling them to earn, spend, save, invest, and build wealth directly on-chain. To support this expansion, we’re looking for a CTO to lead and manage the blockchain technology team, oversee the design, development, and maintenance of core blockchain technology, ensure security, scalability, and performance of the blockchain, drive technological innovation, and formulate long-term technical strategies. What You’ll Do: Lead the design and development of core blockchain protocols, including consensus mechanisms, smart contract systems, and virtual machines Develop and execute the blockchain technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives Manage and nurture a high-caliber technical team, enhancing overall technical capabilities Drive technological innovation, researching and applying cutting-edge blockchain technologies Collaborate with other executives to formulate company-wide strategies and technical decisions Oversee communication and cooperation with external technology partners and developer communities Ensure blockchain security, scalability, and performance, with continuous optimization

Who We’re Looking For: Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 10+ years of experience in blockchain or related technology fields, with at least 5 years in technical management Deep understanding of core blockchain technologies, including consensus algorithms, cryptography, and distributed systems Must have experience in EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) based mainnet development, proficient in Solidity and smart contract development In-depth knowledge of other blockchain technologies (e.g., Cosmos SDK, Substrate) Exceptional problem-solving skills and capacity for technological innovation Excellent leadership and team management abilities, capable of effectively managing and motivating technical teams Strong communication skills, able to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with blockchain industry trends and forward-thinking mindset Fluent in English, capable of effective communication with international teams and communities
