1.用户支持与问题解决 -通过在线聊天（Telegram、Discord、客服系统）、邮件、工单等渠道为用户提供快速响应。 -处理账户问题、充值/提现、API接入、交易异常等问题。 -对复杂问题进行升级处理，并确保用户问题得到及时解决。 2. 技术支持 -协助机构和量化团队接入交易所 API，包括 REST / WebSocket 接口、SDK 使用、回测环境、Sandbox环境。 -指导用户排查接口调用报错、签名问题、延迟异常、资金划转失败等技术问题。 -记录常见问题并维护内部知识库和 FAQ，优化流程与文档。 3. 跨部门协作 -与研发、产品、风控、运维团队紧密配合，反馈用户问题和产品优化建议。 -协助产品测试和功能上线，确保新功能对用户友好。 4.数据与报告 -收集用户反馈、问题类型和频次，定期输出客服及技术支持报告。 -提出改进方案，提高 API 使用率及用户满意度。

1.基础能力 -熟悉数字货币交易原理，包括现货、永续合约、杠杆交易等。 -熟悉 REST / WebSocket 接口调用，有 API 调试和问题排查经验。 -熟悉 Python、Go、Node.js 或其他脚本语言优先。 -良好的逻辑分析能力，能快速定位问题根源。 2. 工作经验 -1-3 年互联网或金融/数字货币交易所客服、技术支持经验； -有量化机构或交易 API 支持经验优先。 3.沟通能力 -良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力； -能够与技术团队和用户高效沟通问题解决方案。 加分项（优先考虑） -熟悉量化交易策略、回测框架、交易机器人相关工具（Freqtrade、Backtrader、OpenQuant 等）。 -熟悉 Linux、Docker、Kubernetes 或交易系统运维经验。 -有社区运营经验，能管理 Telegram / Discord 群并处理技术问答。 -具备一定的产品思维，能提出 API/产品优化建议
