岗位职责
参与Web3/区块链项目的产品需求分析，协同产品、研发团队制定测试计划和方案； 设计、编写和维护区块链相关系统（如DApp、智能合约、Web3钱包、后台API等）的测试用例，并推动自动化测试； 负责智能合约的功能、性能、安全、兼容性等多类型测试及漏洞验证，协助开发团队定位和复现问题； 搭建和优化自动化测试环境，提升代码和业务场景的自动化覆盖率； 跟进区块链各主流公链/Layer2/跨链协议等的技术更新，持续优化测试策略，发现和规避新技术风险； 参与项目上线前的全流程验收测试及压力测试，保障产品稳定交付；
岗位要求
最近1年位于 TOP前20交易所合约测试经验； 熟悉智能合约基本结构，至少掌握一种合约开发语言（如Solidity），能进行合约测试用例设计与验证； 掌握主流自动化测试工具或框架，如 Hardhat、Truffle、Foundry、web3.js、ethers.js、pytest 或 Selenium 等； 有RESTful API、GraphQL等接口测试经验，熟练使用Postman、Apifox等工具； 熟悉Git、CI/CD流程，能够协助团队持续优化测试与发布效率； 具备良好的Bug分析能力，能准确定位问题并推动解决； 具备团队沟通能力，能高效与产品、开发多岗位协同工作。
