As part of our expansion into new regions, we are strengthening our localization and content quality to better serve our global audience. We are now seeking a skilled Russian Translator to ensure our website, app, and marketing content resonate naturally with Russian-speaking users. Role Overview As a Russian Translator – Website & App Localization, you will be responsible for reviewing, translating, and editing content from English or Chinese into Russian across Toobit’s digital products and marketing channels. You will ensure that translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and aligned with Toobit’s brand tone and terminology. This role requires excellent linguistic skills, cultural sensitivity, and attention to detail, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Translation & Localization Translate and adapt Toobit’s website, app, and backend interface content into Russian. Ensure all translations maintain the original meaning while fitting local linguistic and cultural norms. Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver consistent and high-quality localized content. 2. Quality Review & Consistency Conduct language audits of existing Russian content to identify errors and inconsistencies. Build and maintain a terminology database to ensure uniform use of crypto and financial terms. Review UX/UI copy to ensure readability and clarity for Russian-speaking users. 3. Marketing & Communication Support Translate marketing materials such as campaign banners, blog posts, emails, and social media content. Adapt copy to resonate with Russian audiences while preserving Toobit’s brand message. Support cross-departmental localization requests as needed. 4. Collaboration & Workflow Optimization Coordinate with global content, product, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely translations. Provide input to improve localization processes, tools, and translation quality standards. Work with design and tech teams to ensure translated content displays correctly across platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Communication, or related field. Native-level proficiency in Russian with excellent command of English or Chinese. Minimum 2 years of experience in translation or localization (preferably in fintech, crypto, or digital products). Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to nuance and cultural tone. Familiarity with localization tools (e.g., Crowdin, Smartcat, Figma, Notion). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Bonus: Knowledge of cryptocurrency, trading terminology, or blockchain technology.
